Welcome Kelly Lomax, the International Director of Talents Unlimited from Mobile, Alabama. Kelly is married to Rusty and they have three children: Avery (20), Preston (18) who both attend  the University of South Alabama; Sophie (14) freshman in HS.

    While here, Kelly will train educators in the Talents Unlimited Model, as well as tour St. Mary School which is a model of Talents Unlimited. She will also visit the University of Cincinnati and meet with administrators from the AOC about implementing TU in their schools. She is looking forward to this time of fellowship with colleagues from the Holy Land and Cincinnati. Kelly became involved with HOPE on her first day as Director of Talents. Kelly stated, “I am humbled to be a part of such an amazing, peace promoting, educational venture between the Holy Land and Project HOPE. Kelly, we think you’re pretty amazing too! We are filled with joy that you are here!

Kelly’s  hope for this visit is to continue to build our relationship between Talents Unlimited, Project HOPE, and the LPS as a foundational framework for educating students to think critically and creatively. I am looking forward to seeing the friends I’ve met previously, Suha, Nadia, and Wafa, and making more friends through this venture, which is truly “God’s Project”.

Welcome Dr. Joe P. Gaston, who is an Instructional Technology teacher in Mobile, Alabama.  Joe and his wife of twenty years Lori have four children: Brittany (17), Alex (15), Brady (8) and Hadley (4).

Joe’s main reason for coming to Cincinnati is to provide teachers with an opportunity to engage in a creative and critical thinking, technology-based activity that employs all of the multiple talents taught through Talents Unlimited.  His  hope is that from what he presents to the teachers, he will make a positive impact on the learning and the lives of their students. It is also his hope that he will learn as much as he shares, and that he will increase the number of people that he is  fortunate enough to call his friends. Weclome, Joe!
